Who runs this site

This site is run by Pixel Gambit, a web and app studio. Ted Waller operates it. You can reach me at ted@pixelgambit.com or (404) 565-4654.

What I collect

This site has no sign-up and no contact form. I only receive what you choose to send me, and what your browser sends when it loads a page.

• Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It does not load until you click "Show the booking calendar". When it does, your browser connects to Cal.com, which receives what you type in (such as your name, email address and the time you pick) and shares it with me. Cal.com may set its own cookies. Its privacy policy covers how it handles your data.
• Email and phone. If you email or call me, I see your email address or phone number and whatever you tell me.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log your IP address and request details for security and to keep the site running.
• Fonts. The fonts are part of the site, so your browser does not contact Google or any font service when a page loads.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no cookies. To count visits I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives me page views, the page you came from, your country and your device type. Cloudflare says it does not use cookies or track you across websites for this. The only cookies that can appear come from the Cal.com booking calendar, and only after you open it.

How I use your details

I use them to reply to you, to hold the call you asked for, and, if you become a client, to do the work. I do not sell your details. I do not send marketing email or texts to people who only booked a call or sent a message without asking for them.

How long I keep them

I keep booking, email and call details for as long as I need them to reply and, if you become a client, to run the work and keep records. If nothing comes of your request, I delete it when you ask.

Deleting your details

To ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted, email ted@pixelgambit.com. I will act on it and confirm by reply. Cal.com keeps its own copy under its own policy, so you may need to contact them as well.

Changes

If I change this policy, I update the date at the top of this page.
